Claire grew up dancing from age three all the way through college. Her dance style includes tap, jazz, ballet, modern and dance conditioning. After graduating from The University of Georgia (go dawgs!) in 2011, she found Pure Barre less than a year later living in the Atlanta area and immediately was hooked. Pure Barre is a total body workout involving isometric movements to fatigue and change the muscles with a fusion of yoga, pilates, ballet and strength training. She is now a senior instructor at the Arlington, VA studio located in Clarendon and has been teaching since January 2014. A lot of her clients had been pushing her for awhile to pursue personal training and in the fall of 2017 she started training with Verve to expand her fitness knowledge and expertise. Claire is currently working towards completing her personal training certificate through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) program and is also Infant and Adult CPR trained through the American Heart Association.
