Workout of the Day - September 7, 2019

Partner WOD
For time:
- 50 Pull-ups (L2: Band)
- 100 Burpees
- 150 Med Ball Sit-ups (Rx: 20#/14#, L2: 14#/12#, L3: 12#/10#)
- 200 Calorie Row
Split everything evenly. Pass the Med Ball between partners on each Sit-up.
