Strength
Front Squat:
- 3-3-3-3-3
- Increase weight each set

Conditioning
16 minute AMRAP:
- 10 Power Snatches (75/45)
- 20 Hollow Rocks
- 100m Farmers Carry (55/35)
- 10 Power Cleans (95/65)
- 20 Sit-ups
- 100m Farmers Carry (55/35)
Use the same barbell for the Snatches and Cleans. Switch weights during the workout.
