- 100m Run
- 20 Banded Face Pulls
- 10 Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (each side)
- 15 Candlestick Toe Touches

Strength
Back Squat:
- Every 2:00 x 4 sets
- 1x4 @ 71%
- 3x4 @ 76%

Conditioning
4 Rounds for time:
- 6 Power Snatches @ 67%
- 15 Bar Facing Burpees
- 100 Double Unders
