- 1:30 Banded Down Dog (strict, walk, push-up)
- 1:30 Banded Pigeon (each side)
- 1:00 Banded Twisted Lizard w/ PVC (each side)

Warm-up

- 10 Pallof Presses (each side)

Conditioning
