Front squat: 3 sets of 4 at 60% of 1RM

 20 minute AMRAP:

  • 2 Rope climbs L2 (Half rope climb) L3 (5 Rope get ups) 
  • 20 Alternating pistols L2 (On a box)
  • 40 Double unders L2 (80 singles)
