Front squat / back squat: 4 sets of 2/4 at 70% of front squat 1RM

For time:

  • 20 Power snatch RX (95/65) L2 (75/55) L3 (55/35) 
  • 20 Lateral bar burpees
  • 20 Overhead squats (same weight) 
  • 20 lateral bar burpees
  • 20 Squat cleans (same weight)
