Home Workout

Warm-up
- 30 seconds High Knees
- 30 seconds Butt Kicks
- 60 seconds Deep Squat
- 20 Leg Swings
- 10 Thread the Needle
- 20 Plank Shoulder Taps
- 30 Arm Circles

WOD
25-20-15-10 reps for time:
- Sprawls https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFFODmd6RTc
- Lunges (each side)
- Hollow Rocks

3 Sets:
- Plank (60 seconds, 75 seconds, 90 seconds)
- 1 minute Rest
Increase the Plank by 15 seconds each time. Rest 1 minute after each Plank.
