Workout of the Day - May7th

Single arm floor press 

5 each arm  

5-5-5-5-5 plus ( Try to hit same reps for both arms ) 


Amrap 20 Min 

Single arm Sprawls 20 ( Alt) 10 each side can do 20 regular sprawls if to hard ) 

Step back lunges 20 ( Alt ) 10 each side 

Sit-up to stand up 5 reps ( weighted optional - scale would be 10 sit-ups 10 squats )

Squat jacks 50 



Single side toe touch 10 each side 

45 sec hand plank rest 10 sec then 30 sec elbow plank rest 10 sec then 15 sec hand to elbow plank
