- 10 Sots Presses

Strength
Squat Snatch:
- Every 1:30 x 6 sets
- 1x2 @ 74%
- 1x2 @ 77%
- 3x1 @ 80%
- 1x2 @ 77%

Conditioning
4 Rounds for time:
- 20/15 Calorie Row
- 15 Sit-ups
- 10 Burpees
