Strength
Front Squat
Running clock:
- On the 0:00: 3 reps
- On the 1:30: 1 rep
- On the 3:00: 3 reps
- On the 4:30: 1 rep
- On the 6:00: 3 reps
- On the 7:30: 1 rep
- On the 9:00: 12 reps
Keep the "3 reps" weight the same. Increase the "1 rep" weight each time. Drop to a light weight for the last set of 12 reps.

Conditioning
For time:

- 10 Thrusters (95/65)
- 10 Pull-ups
- 200m Run
