Warm-up
5 minutes for quality:
- 1:00 Run
- 10 Single Arm Kneeling Dumbbell Press (each side)
- 10 Step-ups w/ high knee (each side)
- 20 Heel Overs

Strength
Strict Press:
- Every 1:30 x 5 sets:
- 5x6 @ 90% of 6RM

Conditioning
5 Rounds for time:
- Run (600m, 500m, 400m, 300m, 200m)
- Toes to Bar (25, 20, 15, 10, 5)
