Warm-up

Strength
Squat Snatch:
- Every 2:00 x 5 sets
- 1x3 @ 70%
- 2x3 @ 75%
- 2x3 @ 70%

Conditioning
For time:

Then, 8 Rounds of:

- 6 Toes to Bar
